Porsche Centre Swindon is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Service department. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and successful aftersales department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, accurately, and proactively.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately invoicing repair orders to ensure prompt payment processing Handling warranty and servicing invoicing, with the support of our Service Quality Team Performing various administrative duties associated with the service process Preparing job packs in advance of customer visits

Essential Skills and Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role or in a similar position within the automotive industry is preferred Understanding of vehicle operations and experience with vehicle warranty claims is highly advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, with both colleagues and customers Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
