Warranty Manager - Jordans Motors (Witham, Hull)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm

Occasional Saturdays: 9.00am-12.00pm (as needed)

Salary: Excellent pay (DOE) + performance bonus OTE 40k

What You'll Be Doing

As our Warranty Manager, you'll be the driving force behind accurate and timely warranty claims, seeing the process through from start and finish . You'll work closely with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to ensure every claim is handled professionally -- helping us recover costs and maintain high standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

Submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines and deadlines Reviewing job cards, invoices, and technician notes for accuracy Following up on rejected or queried claims to ensure resolution Liaising with manufacturers and internal departments to troubleshoot issues Generating reports and tracking performance using Excel and internal systems
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who's organised, detail-driven, and confident in a fast-paced motor trade environment.

You'll ideally bring:

Previous experience in the motor trade is non-negotiable (warranty or service admin preferred) Technical warranty knowledge (training available if needed) Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Office Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A full UK driving licence
