Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and confident Waxing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both hot wax and strip wax techniques and demonstrate a high standard of hygiene, customer service, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of waxing services for both female and male clients Confidently use hot wax and strip wax depending on the treatment and area Ensure client comfort, care, and confidentiality at all times Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in line with salon standards Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable home care products Assist with reception duties and bookings when required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in professional waxing services Proficient in both hot wax and strip wax techniques Qualified in beauty therapy (Certificate or Diploma) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Punctual, reliable, and well-presented Strong attention to detail and passion for customer care
