We are looking for 3x Web Content Executives for a project which going live as of September 2023.

This is supporting a national service provider in the UK, although so highly regarded they are recognised globally.

We need people that are going to be able to help get through approximately 1500 pages of web content to assist with a number of developments being made to the website in order to streamline the process and make the website easier for users, staff and clients.

This website acts as an invaluable resource for this organisation, with over 190,000 staff members that use it, 50+ sites as well as members of the public and people that want to join this organisation.

Overall, the team need support in working through the website in it\xe2\x80\x99s entirety and analysing all assets to understand what needs to be removed, replaced or moved into another new service being created.

This position will be fully remote based, interviews, training/onboarding and the day to day work will be done fully remotely.

Due to the nature of the project and the fact a lot of this work will coincide with other teams immediately acting on things highlighted by this team and a deadline in September to hit, this work will need to be done within core working hours, either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Although they could consider someone working 4 days a week.

This position will be paying \xc2\xa3250 per day, weekly pay every Friday, please note that we only have the ability to set contractors up for payment on a PAYE basis.

You will be working in a newly formed and specialist team working with the Website Strategy Manager focussed on the following:

  • Audit all pages and associated assets on main website and microsites
  • Work in partnership with the help & support product team, ensuring that existing information sources are identified and decisions are made about inclusion into the new product as appropriate
  • Identify and work with relevant subject matter experts across the business to inform appropriate updates to website content (revising or removing content as appropriate), based on the findings of the audit
  • Work with the design team and others as appropriate to update all assets in time for new system deployments
  • Revise and rebuild website navigation taxonomy, under the direction of the Website Strategy Manager
  • Work with the Website Strategy Manager to rebuild the website in a test environment, facilitate User Acceptance Testing and supporting go-live with subsequent hypercare
  • Facilitate consultation, where appropriate, with B2B and B2C forums to ensure that their views are taken into consideration
