Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites that enhance user experience while meeting business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical skills and artistic vision to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Responsibilities



Design and develop responsive websites that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Collaborate with developers to implement front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and accessibility standards. Maintain website content using content management systems like WordPress or Drupal. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 to track website performance and user behavior. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in web design and development. Work with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to create visual assets. Collaborate with marketing teams on digital marketing initiatives including email marketing campaigns.

Skills



Proficiency in web design technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP. Experience with front-end development frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js. Strong understanding of digital design principles including typography, layout design, and visual design. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for responsive web design. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques using Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Experience with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq or Axure. Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for informed decision-making. Strong skills in graphic design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver. Understanding of e-commerce platforms and website maintenance practices. Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative projects. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is a plus.
