Talk To Media is looking for a Web Project & Account Manager to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll keep projects running smoothly from start to finish -- coordinating tasks, supporting our team, maintaining client communication, and ensuring deadlines are met. What You'll Do



General Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal web team for all project-related queries. Provide day-to-day administrative support through phone and email. Manage task allocation and scheduling within the team, checking progress regularly. Assist with scoping, quoting, and planning work alongside designers, developers, and account managers. Contribute ideas in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on broader marketing activity.

Project Management



Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. Work with clients to define project goals, scope, requirements, and expectations. Produce and maintain key project documentation, including timelines, briefs, proposals, and progress updates. Coordinate team workloads and monitor deadlines. Carry out quality checks to ensure project accuracy, functionality, and usability. Support with content population and basic system updates where required. Lead project meetings, present updates, and gather client feedback. Track project performance and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Review project outcomes and provide insights or recommendations to clients.

Account Management



Manage multiple retained clients, keeping in regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings. Produce monthly activity reports summarising completed work and upcoming recommendations. Identify opportunities for improvements, new ideas, and efficiencies for clients. Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Skills & Experience



You'll be a great fit if you:

Have experience managing projects, ideally within a digital or marketing environment. Are highly organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple priorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams. Have a good understanding of digital platforms (WordPress experience is helpful but not essential). Are a problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude. Can work independently while also collaborating well within a team.
