Job Overview:

Atomic Digital Marketing (atomicdigitalmarketing.co.uk) is a leading UK digital marketing agency specialising in innovative web design, development, and data-driven digital strategies. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager based in the UK to join our team and oversee the delivery of client website/apps projects from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web design and development processes, as well as a foundational knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on ensuring that every project meets our clients' expectations and our agency's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of web design and development projects, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and post-launch support. Work directly with clients to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their brand, business objectives, and digital strategy. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure timely and cohesive execution of all project elements, incorporating SEO/PPC best practices where relevant. Provide clients with regular progress updates, manage expectations, and address any feedback or changes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain timeline and budget compliance. Conduct quality checks on all deliverables to ensure adherence to client specifications, agency standards, and industry best practices in web design and SEO. Conduct post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve project processes and identify upsells where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in project management within a digital or web design agency environment. Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and basic web development concepts, along with a foundational understanding of SEO and PPC. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and creative/technical teams. Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
