The Web & SEO Executive is responsible for ensuring our brands are discovered, experienced, and remembered online. This role focuses on visibility, awareness, and organic growth - driving traffic through search optimisation while delivering seamless, inspiring web journeys that convert.
You will manage SEO strategy, web content, and CMS updates to ensure our digital presence reflects the strength, distinctiveness, and aesthetic of our brands. Every page, every interaction, every piece of content will embody our premium positioning and support both homeowner and installer audiences.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with colleagues in Digital Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, and Design to ensure organic visibility is fuelled by the right assets, journeys are optimised for conversion, and every web touchpoint manifests our brand aspirations with clarity and distinction.
You will also manage relationships with agency partners to deliver technical support and continuous improvement across platforms.
Key responsibilities
Manage SEO activity to grow organic traffic, improve rankings, and ensure visibility to the right audiences.
Conduct research and ensure on-page content is optimised for visibility, brand tone, and creative excellence.
Maintain and update CMS content, ensuring all pages are accurate, inspiring, and aligned to campaigns, product launches, and brand priorities.
Work with Design and Content colleagues to ensure site aesthetics, UX, and UI reflect brand standards and deliver premium experiences.
Conversion optimisation: Support CRO by testing landing pages, messaging, and journeys, ensuring experiences are optimised for engagement and sales.
Support the development and integration of new digital tools that capture leads and enhance online journeys.
Conduct structured testing to refine user experience, content, and functionality -- ensuring measurable improvements.
Regularly test journeys across devices and browsers to ensure a consistent, premium user experience.
Oversee relationships with web development partners, ensuring quality delivery, timely updates, and technical support.
Act as the first point of contact for website issues, escalating to agencies or partners as required and ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure product launches are represented online with accuracy, clarity, and creative distinction.
Monitor performance, track organic traffic, engagement, and conversions, and report actionable insights to the Performance Lead.
Stay abreast of SEO best practices, Google algorithm changes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, cookie policies).
Monitor site speed, responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals, working with agencies to ensure technical performance supports visibility and experience.
Ensure web content and design are accessible to all users, aligning with both regulations and brand values.
Implement and maintain schema markup to enhance search visibility and click-through rates.
Identify opportunities for new or improved content to strengthen rankings and user engagement.
Regularly review competitor sites to identify areas to differentiate in SEO, UX, and content.
Work closely with Digital Acquisition, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, and Design colleagues to ensure campaigns, content, and journeys are integrated and effective.
Safeguard the strength of brand expression online -- ensuring that websites embody our aspirations, creative standards, and premium positioning across every touchpoint.
What You Bring
Essential:
Experience managing SEO activity and using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Proven track record of growing organic visibility and traffic.
Experience managing and updating content in CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to support UI improvements.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and apply website data.
High attention to detail with a focus on brand alignment and creative quality.
Ability to collaborate across teams and with external agencies.
Desirable:
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Experience managing web agency relationships.
Knowledge of CRO principles and testing methodologies.
Exposure to premium consumer, interiors, or home improvement brands.
Experience with technical SEO (schema, Core Web Vitals, accessibility).
