Job Description

The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Manager to join our growing marketing team at Charles & Dean - one of the UK's leading finance brokerages. In this role, you'll take ownership of maintaining and evolving our website and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints. You'll have a strong grasp of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), an eye for design, and experience working with tools like Figma. Ideally, you'll have worked with HubSpot CMS or WordPress, with a good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation and UX best practices and how to optimise digital journeys. You've had some experience with tools like Figma, SEO, CRO, and Google Analytics. Most of all, you're eager to learn, contribute, and help shape a website that delivers a standout experience for users -- and gets results.
