We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Web Manager to oversee our online presence and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing, and will be responsible for managing our website's content and functionality. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities



Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Oversee Google Ads campaigns, analysing performance metrics to optimise advertising efforts. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure website functionality and security are maintained. Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that effectively market products and services online. Monitor website analytics and prepare reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web management and digital marketing.

Requirements



Proven experience in web management or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing strategies. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with IT concepts related to web management is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
