Talk To Media is on the lookout for a Web Project & Account Manager to join our growing digital team!
You'll take ownership of exciting web projects from start to finish; managing timelines, coordinating our design and development teams, and keeping clients informed every step of the way. If you love a mix of creative thinking, technical understanding and client communication, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do
General Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams on web-related projects.
Support customers via phone and email with website queries.
Manage task allocation in developer diaries and check progress regularly.
Audit websites to identify improvements and maintenance needs.
Work with designers and developers to quote projects accurately and agree on work with clients.
Contribute ideas in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues across the agency on marketing strategy.
Project Management
Manage the end-to-end process of all new website projects.
Define project goals, scope, and requirements in collaboration with clients.
Create and maintain project documentation, including proposals, quotes, timelines, and briefs.
Develop website plans and wireframes to guide design and development.
Allocate project tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Carry out thorough testing across devices and browsers for functionality and usability.
Populate website content (ideally using WordPress).
Lead internal and client meetings to present designs, share progress, and gather feedback.
Track project performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.
Review website performance post-launch, analysing results and providing insights to clients.
Account Management
Manage multiple retainer clients, maintaining regular contact via calls, emails, and meetings.
Produce monthly reports detailing completed tasks and upcoming work.
Recommend new ideas, features and improvements to clients.
Be proactive, positive and solutions-focused in everything you do.
Key Skills & Experience
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have experience managing web or digital marketing projects (agency experience is a bonus).
Are highly organised, detail-driven and confident juggling multiple priorities.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Have an understanding of website platforms (especially WordPress) optional but preferred (training provided)..
Enjoy problem-solving, creative thinking and making things happen.
Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
