BoxxdUp Limited is a fast-growing mystery box business focused on delivering fun, engaging, and exciting products to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Website and Social Media Executive to join our team. The role will be key in managing our online presence, driving traffic to our website, and increasing brand awareness and sales through effective social media activity.

Role Overview

As our Website and Social Media Executive, you will take responsibility for maintaining and optimising our e-commerce website while also creating and implementing engaging social media content. You will work closely with the Managing Director and sales team to ensure our online channels are always up to date, visually appealing, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company website, ensuring all products, content, and promotions are accurate and up to date. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) that aligns with the brand voice and strategy. Plan and schedule posts to drive engagement, followers, and sales. Monitor website performance and report on traffic, sales, and engagement metrics. Assist with email marketing campaigns to support sales and promotions. Stay up to date with current social media trends and propose new ideas to increase brand presence. Work with the team to develop creative content including photos, videos, and graphics.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in website maintenance and social media marketing (e-commerce experience is desirable). Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. A creative approach to content creation - any experience with graphic design or video editing is a bonus. Highly organised with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Hours:

Full-time, 20-30 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Flexibility may be required around key campaigns or launches.
