WEDDING COORDINATOR

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a family run business in a beautiful, historic, country house in a stunning area of Mid Wales. Plas Dinam is a successful, exciting and growing business, attracting couples from all over the country who would like a unique country wedding weekend. Plas Dinam is a high end venue doing maximum 2 weddings a week, specialising in multi day weddings, with a focus on sustainability and the environment.

We are looking for a part time all round person to join our small team, whose main role will be managing weddings and our social media. The role will be varied and exciting, no two days will be the same! This will involve:

Showing couples around Plas Dinam and taking bookings

Help the couple plan their day

Being present to make sure all runs smoothly on their wedding day (every other Saturday from April-October)

Have training and experience in social media marketing and hospitality

Flexible number of hours and start date to suit the right candidate

We are looking for a people person who is warm, welcoming and friendly as well as organised to ensure couples have the best wedding experience possible.

We are looking for someone flexible and adaptable. The working hours will be vary from week to week, with a significant amount of working from home and weekend work. On average we require 20-24hrs/week but this will be discussed with the successful applicant.
