Nestled within the breathtaking 500-acre Shilstone Estate, we host some of the most luxurious weddings and events, offering our clients an unforgettable experience. Our stunning estate is a magical backdrop for any celebration, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Wedding Co-Ordinator to join our team.

We are seeking someone energetic, friendly, hardworking, and with a genuine passion for weddings and events, as our Wedding Co-Ordinator here at Shilstone House. Working closely with the Head of Events, you'll help to deliver seamless and extraordinary experiences whilst ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities



Client Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients planning their weddings or events at Shilstone Estate. Conduct venue tours and consultations to understand clients' vision, needs, and budget. Provide personalised event planning support, guiding clients through every stage of the process - from initial concept to final touches. Ensure a smooth and positive experience by keeping clients informed, offering expert advice, and making adjustments as needed. Foster long-lasting relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and inspire glowing reviews.
Event Planning & Coordination:

Oversee all event logistics, from contract signing through to execution. Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure flawless event delivery. Manage event timelines, floorplans, checklists, and setup requirements, ensuring that every detail is accounted for. Facilitate pre-event meetings, walk-throughs with clients and suppliers, and ensure everyone is on the same page. Supervise day-of event operations, ensuring smooth transitions, supplier arrivals, and proper execution of ceremonies and receptions. Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements



Proven experience in event planning or hospitality management is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and vendors professionally. Experience in guest services within a restaurant or hotel setting is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,500.00-32,000.00 per year
