Overview

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients Cook and prepare meals according to specified recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring timely meal delivery Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner Help with stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the kitchen environment Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour
