We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend and Evening Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Prior experience in hospitality settings is preferred, but full training will be provided for motivated applicants. Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and ensure they receive attentive service throughout their visit Take orders accurately, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and presentation guidelines Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring cleanliness and organisation of work areas Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised service environment at all times Handle customer queries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience Support team members during busy periods, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing and transaction purposes Kitchen experience is a plus but not essential Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently Upselling abilities to promote and maximise sales opportunities Good organisational skills to keep work areas clean and supplies stocked Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak hours as required

Pay: 12.44-12.45 per hour
