Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders as needed. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure high standards are maintained. Experience in serving drinks in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
