Responsibilities
supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Oversee all aspects of food production.
Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and proper storage procedures
Monitor inventory levels and order stock as necessary to prevent shortages
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold organisational policies regarding health & safety regulations and hospitality standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable within the hospitality industry
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and suppliers
