We are seeking a friendly and professional Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the premises, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs upon arrival and departure Assist with luggage handling and transportation within the premises Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas, including corridors, lobby, and entrance zones Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to guests Support front desk staff with administrative tasks as required Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring public areas Respond promptly to guest requests via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and cleanliness

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guest services practices and hospitality standards is advantageous A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
