Summary

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at The Bottle & Glass Barn. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service. Assist in managing inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
