We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on

Time Duty Manager

to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy bowling centre. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff during shifts, ensuring high levels of service. Provide a friendly, engaging, and welcoming experience for all customers. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally. Oversee the operational aspects, including cash handling, health & safety, and opening/closing procedures. Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards are maintained throughout the venue. Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance performance. Assist in stock control and manage food and beverage operations when required.

What We're Looking For:

Supervisory experience

in a retail, hospitality, or leisure setting. Please note applications without this will be immediately rejected. A passion for delivering

fantastic customer service

and a keen eye for detail. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a

fast-paced environment

. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and hands-on approach to managing daily operations. Availability to work weekends and flexibility with shift patterns. Aged 18+ for licensing reasons Ideally a first aid certificate however training can be given if needed Level 2 food hygiene training desirable however training given if needed

Pay: 12.50-12.75 per hour
