Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff aged 21 years old and over to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and in line with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Manage time effectively during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant setting is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of guest services and bar operations. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
