Overview

We are seeking friendly and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and providing assistance as needed Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries promptly and courteously Handling customer payments accurately and processing transactions Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception area Providing information about services, facilities, and events to guests Supporting team members with administrative tasks when required Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using basic computer systems and point-of-sale equipment Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when necessary Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if required A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our organisation effectively Check in and out guests of lodges Cash handling Proficient in Xero or IT efficient
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 80.68 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 11 per week
