We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team.
The Hours will be a mix of Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and be skilled in various aspects of food service, including catering, food preparation, and bartending.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a genuine desire to help guests.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
