The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced

part-time Weekend Gymnastics Coach

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and young people of all abilities, and bring creativity, professionalism, and positive energy to every session.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching to a range of age groups and skill levels Plan and lead engaging, progressive training sessions Support the development of recreational and competitive gymnasts Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants Provide mentorship and encouragement to young gymnasts Collaborate with other coaches and staff on programme development Assist with club events, competitions, and performances Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
Requirements

Minimum Level 2 British Gymnastics Coaching qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children in a gymnastics or sport setting Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills A commitment to equity, inclusion, and child-centred coaching Current DBS check (or willing to undergo one) Safeguarding and First Aid certificates (or willingness to complete training)
Desirable

Experience coaching in diverse communities Additional qualifications in tumbling, cheerleading or preschool gymnastics Experience with competitive gymnastics or squad development

Pay: 9,000.00-15,000.00 per year
