Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shopfloor Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production lines, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of parts, and providing leadership and support to team members.

Injection Moulding experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the shopfloor team to achieve production targets and quality standards. Operate and run production lines, including making car filter parts. Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring balanced workloads and high productivity. Provide hands-on assistance to team members, offering guidance, training, and support as needed. Monitor and maintain health and safety standards on the shop floor. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any production issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing or automotive environment. Strong knowledge of production processes and shop floor management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
