Key Responsibilities:
Booking appointments for customers via phone and in person.
Welcoming customers and assisting with queries.
Promoting sales of extras, offering heartbeat bears, cannons, keyrings etc
Processing payments promptly (cash and card).
Acting as a Chaperone during scans (training provided).
Cleaning the clinic and equipment, including surfaces, furniture, and regularly checking the bathroom, topping up loo roll.
Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork.
Noting and effectively relaying customer feedback to management.
Managing customer messages through the online chat system.
Opening and locking the clinic when required.
Turn off heating, signage lights promptly
Keeping the clinic tidy and well-organised - General housekeeping like vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing spills, trips
Conducting stock checks and promptly placing orders or notifying management to ensure clinic is well stocked.
Completing job-specific training provided by management.
Assisting with social media management, creating reels, taking photos, encouraging customers to tag, share like our page
Liaising with the NHS to ensure smooth referral processes.
Exceeding KPIs and contributing to the clinic's growth.

Additional Information:
You will work closely with a sonographer and must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills are essential.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in reception or administrative roles is essential, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
Proficiency in IT systems, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) check will be required before employment begins and must be maintained throughout your employment.
