Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and fashion-conscious Retail Assistant to join our team. Working 12 hours per week, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent experience by providing great customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding desired items Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor and fitting rooms Restock merchandise and ensure displays are attractive and refilled Operate the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately Complete buy trade appointments Follow process for processing new stock for shop floor Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential Interest in fashion and a good understanding of current trends and brands Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

Working Hours:

12 hours per week across Saturday / Sunday
Flexibility required during peak time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Schedule:

Overtime Weekends only
Work Location: In person
