Job Description
We are looking for an organised & efficient person who provides exceptional customer service. You will work behind our till/reception area serving our customers with our accessories.
DUTIES
Operating a till, following our Till Procedures.
Wrapping/packaging the accessories as required.
Answer the telephone and deal with minor enquiries.
Ensure the reception/till area is neat and organised.
Develop a good knowledge of our products to assist our customers.
Maintain high standards of health and safety.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
Deliver exceptional Customer Service. Good communicator.
A proactive approach to problem solving and self-motivated.
Smart appearance.
HOURS
Part time to cover both weekend days
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
