Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively sell items and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Handle transactions accurately using the till Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Work in all areas of our retail operation

Requirements

Willingness to learn is key. A proactive can do attitude is a must! Weekend role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 1.00-12.50 per hour
