At Ellis Winters, we want to make moving home enjoyable and are seeking the right individuals to help us achieve this for all our clients.
No experience is necessary, what we value more is someone who is personable and aspires to help our clients with their move. Training will be provided on every aspect of the role so you can focus on building relationships and matching people with properties.
A driving license and car is essential.
Working out of our March branch your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting viewings
Understanding clients search criteria & recording them on our system
Suggesting suitable properties to clients (our system helps with this)
Talking to clients about their move and discussing how we can help
Obtaining viewing feedback to present to the owner
Answering enquiries to book appointments, both on the phone, in-branch and via email
Hours are:
One in two Saturday's 9am - 5pm
One in two Sunday 11am - 3pm
With the potential to work additional hours during the week to cover holiday/sickness and during busy periods.
Pay: 13 per hour, with the opportunity to earn significantly more through individual commission on successful recommendations to our conveyancing and mortgage partners.
