This job is perfect for you we are looking for a weekend host to work every Saturday and Sunday. Immediate start.

About the Role:

As a Dog Events Host you'll be the heart of our events--creating a fun, welcoming experience for dogs and their owners. You'll need to confidently manage group dynamics (both canine and human!) while ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for dogs and a solid understanding of their behaviour.

A confident, friendly personality--you'll be the face of the business!

Strong people skills and the ability to upsell.

Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibility's

Work in a fast paced environment

Doing dog assessment forms

Till operation

Handling customer queries and complaints in a calm and efficient manner

Maintaining a clean and tidy environment

Serving customers in a happy, friendly and polite manner including on the phone

Answering phone calls

Working independently and with others, Carry out any requests to a high standard Engage with customers

Explaining safety information

Take photographs/Videos and upload them to our social media sites

Follow open up and close down procedures

Monitor dogs behaviour and intervening when required

Managing dogs in a group setting or by themselves

Respond appropriately to dogs behaviour

Host and facilitate events

Manage bookings in diary and online

Help with scheduling events
