Weekend Staff - Saturday and Sunday Only 6am - 6pm

This role involves being based out of our 18 bed assessment hub, ensuring the security of the building and safety of our tenants throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our service users whilst providing a front of house presence and ensuring the security of the accommodation.
Monitor access to the site.
Ensure compliance with all fire, health & safety regulations.
Undertake daily health and safety checks.
Positively intervene to prevent anti-social behaviour.
Call for emergency assistance in the event of a medical or anti-social behaviour issue.
Respond appropriately to support needs, risk, accidents, incidents, complaints and emergencies that arise during the shift. You will seek support or guidance from colleagues, on-call or other professionals as required.
Undertake tasks throughout the shift as required including building checks and domestic tasks such as cleaning and preparing empty rooms for occupation.
Make a record of any meaningful contact with residents using company recording systems.
Prepare a daily handover report for daytime staff to action anything from the night before.
Report any maintenance issues using company systems.
Clean empty rooms ready for reoccupation.
Clean the office.
General cleaning, as required.
Ensue a safe and secure environment that promotes opportunities for our clients to develop independent living skills, including making meaningful use of time.
Report any safeguarding concerns / incidents to the DSL on the day and complete internal incident reporting paperwork.
Take responsibility for own learning by identifying continuous professional development opportunities as well as attending all mandatory company training.
Attend at and participate in regular one-to-one performance reviews with your line manager.
Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role, as requested.

Essential Personal Attributes:
Experience of working within a similar role with people who might present with a multitude and/or complexity of needs
Ability to de-escalate situations; conflict management and resolution
Knowledge of policies and procedures, including Safeguarding and Health & Safety
Good literacy skills and experience in report writing and record keeping
Computer literate with good IT skills in Microsoft packages.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Driving Licence, access to a vehicle and relevant business insurance to drive for work purposes
Preparedness to supply an Enhanced DBS certificate and disclosure, as necessary
Desirable Personal Attributes:
