We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the Logistics industry. This role involves overseeing daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional service quality, and maintaining high standards operational effectiveness The Weekend Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing drivers and customers and coordinating the plan for the following week.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support HGV driver's during weekend operations. Ensure compliance with customer expectations and maintain a clean effective communication process with drivers and customers. Manage team dynamics, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure OTIFS Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Ability to work alone in a busy environment knowledge of the logistics industry and drivers hours Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management. Previous experience in logistics or transport environments is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both drivers and customers.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-18.19 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Work Location: In person
