Weekend Support Worker



Pay rate:

11.44 (Sleeps) - 16 per hour

Shift Pattern:

24 hour shift (day shift and sleep)


We are looking for a friendly and proactive support worker to join our team in

Bicester

. You will be supporting an individual that is an independent, outdoorsy man with an

acquired brain injury

who enjoys an active lifestyle and meaningful routines.


He loves visiting National Trust sites, going to the cinema (especially Marvel action films), playing chess and dominoes, and getting to the gym twice a week.


We're looking for someone with a

clear speaking voice

,

a positive attitude

, and

a passion for helping others live life to the fullest

. You'll support him with planning outings, encouraging new experiences, and making the most of each day. To make the most of meaningful activities and continued community involvement, we are looking for someone local who can offer consistent, person-centred support and has a

full UK driver's licence

.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.


We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
