Role Overview

We are currently seeking

Weekend Support Workers

to join our friendly team. This role involves working

Saturdays and Sundays

, supporting our residents to live fulfilling and independent lives.

No previous care experience or qualifications are required - full training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact.

Main Responsibilities

As a Weekend Support Worker, your role will involve:

Supporting individuals with their personal care in a respectful and dignified manner Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and household routines Supporting social and leisure activities including outings, visits, and hobbies Promoting independence and enabling residents to make their own choices Keeping daily records and contributing to care plans Supporting meaningful relationships and community involvement Working in line with residents' goals and preferences Following health and safety and safeguarding practices at all times
