We're looking for a Wellbeing Assistant who is warm, friendly, and passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our care home community--organizing engaging activities, offering companionship, and helping create a joyful, supportive environment where every individual feels valued and loved.

What You'll Do:

Spend quality time with residents, offering emotional support and companionship Plan and lead fun, meaningful activities that promote wellbeing and connection Encourage participation and help residents stay active and engaged Work closely with our care team to ensure every resident feels seen, heard, and appreciated

What We're Looking For:

A kind heart and a genuine desire to make a difference Great communication skills and a positive attitude Patience, empathy, and a sense of humor Experience is welcome but not essential--we'll provide full training

Alba Rose in Pickering is a lively home caring for older people, some living with dementia. You will work as part of our wellbeing team and assist in providing a range of imaginative and enjoyable social and therapeutic activities for people who live at Alba Rose or visit our day care service.
