We are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Centre Manager for our service in Manchester.
Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester offers fast access to exceptional outpatient care for a wide range of mental health conditions. We can provide counselling and treatment for depression, anxiety and stress, as well as a dedicated young people's service, all set within a peaceful, yet convenient location. We can also offer private autism assessments for adults and children, as well as an autism psychological support pathway for adults who have been diagnosed with autism.

You will lead compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day running operational running of the centre.
Provide line management to all staff connect to the site
Contribute to the business development of the Wellbeing Centre.
To represent the Wellbeing Centre at key meetings within the Business
Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
To ensure the establishment, implementation and the ongoing development and maintenance of policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the Wellbeing Centre are met.
To exercise leadership in a style and manner consistent with the Company's values to all users of its services to promote consistency of service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience Required
Strong background in leading change and innovation in a healthcare service
Passionate about providing high quality care
Demonstrated leadership and decision making skills essential
Forward thinking, proactive and creative
Strong managerial and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task
Managerial experience working at a senior level, industry and operation.
Experience of working in a matrix organisation with the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
Essential: experience of private healthcare
