Christadelphian Care Homes exists mainly, although not exclusively, to care for members of the Christadelphian faith. We operate a number of care homes and sheltered housing schemes throughout the UK and are able to deliver care tailored to individual needs from low support through to residential, nursing and specialised care, including dementia. At Olivet, we are seeking a dedicated

Wellbeing Supervisor

to join our compassionate team. You'll play a vital role in supporting the emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents - leading colleagues to create a warm, inclusive, and engaging home environment where every resident feels valued, connected, and respected.

Key responsibilities:



Leading and inspiring the wellbeing team to deliver meaningful, person-centred activities and experiences that enrich residents' daily lives. Promoting a holistic approach to wellbeing that supports residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in line with our Christadelphian ethos. Building trusting relationships with residents, families, and the local community to foster engagement and inclusion. Supporting care planning by helping to assess and record residents' individual preferences, life histories, and aspirations. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to wellbeing colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care, dignity, and compassion. Creating and sustaining a positive, welcoming environment that encourages autonomy, purpose, and fulfilment for every resident.

Experience:



Proven experience leading

or coordinating wellbeing, lifestyle, or activity programmes, ideally within a care or community setting, with a genuine passion for supporting older adults and enriching their daily lives.

Flexible and proactive approach to work

, with the ability to adapt to residents' needs and supporting a variety of activities, events, and initiatives, including weekends when required.

Strong understand of person-centred care

, promoting inclusion, dignity, and independence for all residents.

Excellent communication and personal skills

, building relationships with residents, families, colleagues, and the community.

Inspirational leadership and mentoring skills

, guiding the wellbeing team to deliver engaging, compassionate, and meaningful experiences.

Commitment to Christadelphian Care Homes' ethos and values

, demonstrating empathy, respect, and integrity in every aspect of work and leadership.
