Kids is on the lookout for a
Wellbeing Support Coordinator
to head a small team delivering a dynamic, innovative wellbeing and resilience programme for carers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we support and engage carers--making sure no one feels alone in their journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead with Impact:
Oversee and mentor a team of wellbeing practitioners and volunteers.
Deliver Meaningful Support:
Co-create and lead engaging programmes that build carers' confidence, resilience, and wellbeing--through calls, emails, video sessions, and training.
Innovate & Reach Out:
Drive the growth of the service using social media and creative outreach to connect with more carers.
Collaborate:
Work closely with other professionals and services to ensure every carer gets the right support at the right time.
Stay Connected:
Track outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to service evaluation and improvement.
Champion Safeguarding:
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to protect our service users.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to support and motivate others.
Experience managing teams and running workshops or long-term support programmes.
A strong understanding of the challenges carers face--and a commitment to making their lives better.
Skilled in partnership working, reporting, and using digital tools.
A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) and significant experience delivering support both online and in-person.
Desirable (but not essential):
A degree in a related field
Experience creating learning materials and wellbeing courses
