As a
Wellness Assistant
, you'll help guests enjoy their visit from start to finish -- preparing coffees, keeping the saunas and ice baths running smoothly, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.What You'll Do
Welcome guests and explain how the sauna and ice baths work Prepare coffees, teas, and simple drinks Keep the coffee bar and wellness areas clean and organised Handle bookings and payments (training provided) Set up towels, fill ice baths, and ensure saunas are ready Support events, group sessions, and weekend bookings
What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused Reliable and happy to work weekends or evenings Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is a big plus Experience in hospitality or coffee making is required experience with social media a bonus Experience in similar business types a bonus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
