Alleve is a modern wellness centre offering float therapy, Finnish sauna and cold plunge experiences. We've been helping people reset and recover in Aberdeen for almost three years, and we're now looking to add one new part-time team member to our Aberdeen location. We're looking for someone with high standards for cleanliness who feels comfortable managing the centre independently, while providing a high level of customer care throughout each shift.

We're hiring for the following shift:
Saturday:
9:30 am - 8:30 pm
The Role
This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll help keep the centre running smoothly -- from maintaining spotless facilities to welcoming customers and giving them guidance before and after their sessions.
Shifts are solo so you'll need to feel confident managing the centre independently -- opening and closing, preparing rooms, and ensuring everything runs safely and on time. You'll be trusted to take ownership of the space, problem-solve when needed, and provide a calm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Main responsibilities include:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas -- float rooms, sauna, cold plunge, and communal spaces. This includes cleaning tanks and plunges, changing filters, draining water, and balancing salt and chemical levels.
Welcoming and supporting guests, providing clear guidance before and after sessions, and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Managing day-to-day operations such as bookings, emails, phone calls, and payments.
Promoting memberships and wellness sessions through friendly conversations and simple follow-ups.
Occasionally creating simple social media posts in Canva or replying to messages through Meta Business Suite.
What We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys keeping things spotless and organised.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when needed.
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers.
Genuinely interested in wellness, recovery, and helping people feel their best.
Basic computer skills (email, booking systems, etc.).
First-aid certificate (or happy to complete a short one-day course).
Reliable, adaptable, and happy to cover occasional extra shifts.
