About Alleve

Alleve is a modern wellness centre offering float therapy, Finnish sauna, and cold plunge experiences. We've been helping people reset and recover in Aberdeen for almost three years and are now opening our second centre on West George Street in Glasgow City Centre this November. We're looking for part-time team members who take pride in their work, value a calm and well-kept space, and genuinely care about creating great experiences for others.

The Role

This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll help keep the centre running smoothly -- from maintaining spotless facilities to welcoming customers and guiding them through their sessions.

Main responsibilities include:

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all areas -- float rooms, sauna, cold plunge, and communal spaces. This includes cleaning tanks and plunges, changing filters, draining water, and balancing salt and chemical levels. Welcoming and supporting guests, providing clear guidance before and after sessions, and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit. Managing bookings, answering calls and emails, and processing payments. Promoting memberships and wellness sessions through friendly conversations and simple follow-ups. Creating occasional social-media posts in Canva and responding to messages via Meta Business Suite.
This is an active role. You'll be moving between rooms, lifting up to 25 kg, and spending much of your shift cleaning and preparing the space.

What We're Looking For

Someone who enjoys keeping things clean and organised. Able to work confidently and independently once trained. Friendly, professional, and calm when speaking with customers. Genuinely interested in wellness, recovery, and helping people feel their best. Basic computer skills (email, booking systems, etc.). First-aid certificate (or happy to complete a short one-day course). Reliable and flexible, with the ability to cover occasional extra shifts.

Hours

Alleve Glasgow will be open Thursday to Monday.
We're currently hiring mainly for

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

shifts.

Typical shift times are:

Thursday, Friday, and Monday -- 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm Saturday and Sunday -- 9:30 am - 8:30 pm
Shifts will be set on a

fixed weekly rota

, with the flexibility to

swap with other team members

if needed.
