Oxydise Wellness Lab - Centre Manager Opportunity

Oxydise, founded in Cambridge, is a leader in hyperbaric chamber rentals and sales across the UK. As we continue to push the boundaries of health and wellness, we are excited to launch our brand-new Oxydise Wellness Lab. In this cutting-edge space, clients can experience the most advanced natural therapies, including IV Drips, Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

We are now seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre Manager to lead this new chapter in our journey. Comfortable offering treatments: While a nursing background would be ideal, full training will be provided for the right candidate. You'll need to be comfortable performing treatments such as IV drips, ensuring clients feel safe and supported throughout their wellness journey.

Operationally strong: A strategic thinker who can manage the day-to-day operations and drive both growth and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing: As the Centre Manager, you'll oversee the wellness lab's daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of service and care. Your role will include:

With our support leading operational performance: Managing and optimizsing clinic operations for excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.centres

Hands-on management: Supporting the team with a proactive, hands-on approach, stepping in to assist where needed.

Wellness Lab Services: You'll manage a full suite of natural health and recovery treatments, including:

Cryotherapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

Red Light Therapy Beds

Compression Therapy

IV Drips

All these services are designed to enhance recovery, boost performance, and improve overall well-being.

Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily operations of the wellness lab

Performing treatments (IV Drips, HBOT, Red Light Therapy)

Managing scheduling, client appointments, and consultations

Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and safety checks are conducted

Managing billing, payments, and inventory

Providing education and follow-up support to clients

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
