The Headteacher and Governors of White Mere Community Primary School wish to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to work within our Key Stage 2 team. Our small school benefits from extensive grounds which are accessible to all year groups in support of their learning and well-being.


We are a dedicated and supportive school with amazing children who want to learn. You will have current experience of supporting the learning and personal development of pupils and be passionate about ensuring children achieve their full potential, as well as being an effective classroom practitioner. You will have knowledge and experience of SEN and can provide evidence and demonstrate strategies to support and enable inclusive learning. You must be committed to working collaboratively and as part of our whole school team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
