We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Lead who is commercially aware with an ability to understand how the business operates and makes money, including our customers, competitors and the broader market. You will be responsible for the management and orders for our global wholesale partners. Offering exceptional customer service at all times, whilst driving sell-through and maximising revenue opportunity.



We are a hard working, ambitious team who work collaboratively across Rapha. Building a thorough knowledge of the partners we work with, our processes, our contribution to the bottom line, internal stakeholders and critical path is essential.

We are embarking on a significant journey of growth and process optimisation, including a focus on omnichannel alignment and brand repositioning. We're looking for a passionate individual to contribute to our continued success.


This role will be based at our London HQ and reports to the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager, working closely with the other Wholesale Operations Lead and Coordinator in the team. We have three Wholesale Sales Managers out in the regions and have just brought on our first dedicated Wholesale Marketing Manager.

The Role



Support the Senior Manager with elevating our wholesale partner touchpoints alongside a streamlined B2B (business-to-business) journey Working closely with the Senior Manager on risk monitoring, mitigation and red flag reporting Lead on key account management, whilst defining and driving forward service standards for the wholesale operations team. Communicate proactively to our partners ensuring sales revenue is maximised Helping to drive productivity improvement in the sales team through enhanced operational support Strategize with the team to define an outreach framework and buying journey for our B2B order site (NuOrder), considering each customer type. Be fully aware of all products on the launch calendar to ensure cohesive launches are successfully executed Analysing data to provide recommendations on process improvements

Skills & Experience Required:



Candidates may possess the following skills. We're open to a wide variety of backgrounds and skill sets which may fulfill the requirements in a similar way.

Demonstrated commercial acumen and a solution-oriented approach Analytical and numerically literate, with an inquisitive eye for detail Strong communication skills Working at pace with flexibility and adaptability Excel knowledge, ideally previous experience Previous experience in a B2B or B2C environment is ideal, experience with a CRM tool/ Salesforce is a bonus
