We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves developing our wholesale customer base, increase the order value of existing and new customers and developing long term relationships with our partners. The Wholesale Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing robust relationships with our wholesale partners.
Duties
Foster strong relationships with existing wholesale clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
Utilise Hubspot CRM to track sales performance, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
Identify areas of explosive growth in our industry and assist in developing products if necessary.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the wholesale sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams effectively.
Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour within the wholesale industry.
