Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Estate Planner. (some part time for the right individual) The Estate Planner will be responsible for managing and organising clients' estates, advising on legal issues, drafting estate planning documents, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They will collaborate with clients, and financial professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans. Successful candidates will be responsible for converting enquiry's into clients along with some self generation and prospecting. Commissions are up to 15% Retainer paid to all employees:

Qualifications/skills:

Proven experience in a similar industry and fast paced outbound environment:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Proven sales ability Can do approach to daily, weekly and monthly targets

Training and Development:

You will receive detailed industry and sales training to commence before you start dialling, and ongoing training and coaching will facilitate your progression from 1) appointment setter 2) will seller 3) Estate planner
The speed that you progress will be entirely up to you, however the commission rates are very generous a all stages of your estate planning career with Jubilee cover

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 23,000.00-50,143.60 per year
