Wills and Probate Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive

This position is at our Friar Gate office and is a full time position. The applicant must have 5 years + PQE and be willing to take on a supervisory role.

You must have experience in dealing with large and complex estate administration, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as being able to provide IHT advice. The candidate must also be willing to support members of the team.

You would be expected to work closely with everyone within the Wills and Probate team and different seniority levels within the department.

Good IT skills are a must and candidates must be confident in using Microsoft packages. Communication skills are vital in being able to be compassionate and empathetic with our clients.

Salary would be negotiable depending on experience.
