Job Description

Ford Windows are recruiting for window and door fabricators to work within the production department. Due to ongoing demand and continued developments, we are seeking fabricators to work within production department at the new Rugby branch.

We are looking for skilled individuals with proven experience or individuals willing to learn a hands-on roll in fabrication, general production, welding, and machinery operations to assemble window, doors and bifolds covering all aspects of UPVC production. Experience in window and door manufacturing will be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidates.

Production day shifts are 39 hours, Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm, Fridays 6am - 1pm. Starting from 12.30 to 14.35 per hour depending on skills and experience.

The role is full time, permanent and available immediately at the divisional factory based in Rugby.
